		<description>Record labels have the connections, but I do think that they trap the artist. That’s coming from someone outside of the label's perspective though.

I launched a service last week called Indiefy at http://www.indiefy.com, which is similar to Indistr. The goal we have is let the artist distribute their music themselves and receive a better cut. After all it is their music and creative talent.

I think record labels will always have their place, but times are changing where that place is growing smaller.</description>
